Revenue Disclosure (UK)

SABOFM receives a percentage of revenue when users generate income through our referred third-party services. This does not:

✖ Increase your costs
✖ Require data collection
✖ Create any user obligation

Zero-Obligation Agreement

✖ We provide referral services only
✖ No warranties of any kind

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Manipulate referral systems
Misrepresent our relationship with third parties
Use SABOFM for illegal activities under UK law

Third-Party Services

We refer to external platforms but don't control them
Any transactions are solely between you and third parties
We receive a affiliate percentage on every referral

Payment Terms

We never handle your earnings directly
All payments are processed by third-party platforms

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SABOFM be liable for:

Third-party payment issues
Disputes with external platforms
Service interruptions (we maintain 99% uptime)

Modifications

We may update these terms without notice
No user tracking = no individual notifications
Continued use constitutes acceptance

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: England and Wales
Subject to UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
Disputes must be brought in UK courts
